A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at: The Boardroom, Administration Building, Twee Rivieren, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, in the Northern Cape Province, on 12 August 2026 at 9:30 and compulsory site visits on and 12 and 13 August 2026. Site visits will be compulsory as the extreme nature of the sites can be challenging to tender if not seen first-hand. All sites need to be attended to comply with clarification criteria. Site visits to the 3 main rest camps will be conducted on the following dates: 12 August 2026 – Twee Rivieren 12 August 2026 – Mata Mata (120km from Twee Rivieren – 6 hours round trip) 13 August 2026 – Nossob (160km from Twee Rivieren – 7 hours round trip)
