Tenderers must be a QSE or EME Tenderers must be registered on CSD. Tenderers must have a SANS 1475 permit. Tenderers must have registered competent persons registered with The South African Qualification & Certification Committee for the Fire Industry (SAQCC) Submit one (1) SAQCC fire detection certificate of supervisor Submit four (4) SAQCC fire detection certificates of technicians Tenderers must be accredited by ASIB for carrying out work on the existing sprinkler system. Tenders must submit a CIBD (code SF) of fire prevention and protection system, minimum level 5. Tenderers must hold accreditation with the Fire Protection Association of South Africa (FPASA) A 80/20 preference point system will be applied for this tender. Tenders will be evaluated on the functionality offered by the tenderer. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in their applications for this tender. Evaluation criteria, as contained and explained in this tender document will be measured objectively and points awarded for each criterion. The minimum threshold needed to qualify for the financial opening, will be 70 points. Any tender scoring below this threshold, will be considered as a non-responsive tender and will not be evaluated further.
