N.002-201-2023/1C-MRB-007S FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT MTENTU RIVER BRIDGE - SOUTH BANK UNDER CONTRACT SANRAL N.002-201-2023/1C FOR THE MTENTU RIVER BRIDGE AND ASSOCIATED ROADS ON THE N2 WILD COAST TOLL ROAD Tender Notice T1.1     TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (SBD1) CCCC-MECSA JV invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE subcontractors for Contract SANRAL N.002-201-2023/1C-MRB-007S for the Mtentu River Bridge and Associated Roads on the N2 Wild Coast Toll Road endorsed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the Alfred Nzo District Municipality and the OR Tambo District Municipality. Subcontractors are required for the following subcontract: N.002-201-2023/1C-MRB-007S: FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES. The duration of the subcontract will be for a maximum period of twelve (12) months. The MAIN CONTRACTOR will re-advertise for these services every 12 months. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the closing date for tender submissions and who comply with the definition of a Targeted Enterprise under clause C.2.1.1 and are at least 51% Black owned and who is an EME or QSE or cooperative, are eligible to tender. In addition, tenders who are at least 51% owned by Youth / Women / Disabled persons, are preferred. Only tenderers that meet all the eligibility criteria under clause C.2.1.1 of the Tender Data will be considered. Only tenderers who meet the minimum functionality score as stated in clause C.3.11 will be evaluated further on price and preference. Only locally produced or locally manufactured products and components for construction will be considered. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. Note: Only one (1) subcontract package may be awarded to an entity at any one time for the Mtentu project. A Targeted Enterprise may only
