This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the Kou-Kamma Local Municipality. Preferences are offered to prospective tenderers from the targeted area, namely the Kou-Kamma Local Municipality, as well as the CIDB grade and class indicated for the subcontract package. This tender will be evaluated in terms of functionality as a criterion and the price and preference points system.
