Bid documents will only be available via email from 10 JULY 2026 up to 16 JULY 2026 during the weekdays (Mon – Fri) between 08h30 and 16h00. A non-refundable document fee of R500.00 (Five Hundred rands) must be paid via EFT and must be emailed in order for the Bid Documents to be sent via email. A non-refundable tender document fee of R100.00 (One hundred rand only) per set of documents is payable in cash upon collection. No tender documents will be available for purchase or issued at the compulsory briefing session. Prospective bidders are therefore advised to collect the tender documents timeously beforehand.
